Our workouts are open to all members of the Caltech community. In general, the weekly workout schedule is:
Running workout: Monday, 6:30pm, Caltech Track
Swimming workout: Wednesday, 6:30pm, Caltech Pool
Cycling workout: Friday, 7:00am, meet at Catalina Community Garden
Our weekly email newsletter contains the most up-to-date workout schedule, including adjustments to the timing/meeting location as needed. We encourage you to sign up for the email list to get the most up-to-date information, and reach out if you have questions!
Using the Caltech track and pool requires a gym membership. Undergraduate and graduate students already have this membership. There is a way for postdocs and staff to obtain a membership.
Usually, the workouts are interval sessions (harder efforts interspersed by periods of lower intensity). They are time based, so the workouts accommodate athletes of a wide range of fitness levels.
